Hi everyone, I am pretty knew to this site so just thought I would
say Hi and introduce myself. My name is Jen and I am 21 yrs old. I
was just recently diagnosed with celiac disease about 6 weeks ago.
I am still attending college for a degree in Social Work. I will
have to say that going gluten free ontop of my dairy and nut
allergy has been very hard and depressing. I know there are alot of
alternatives out there. I have learned ALOT in this sort amount of
time. What else... well I dont know how to work this site, I am
trying to figure it out lol. Well thats all for now, just wanted to
say Hi and meet some people. Hopefully I can find some more support
on this site.... I am starting to really need it. Thanks for
